The Sangre de Cristo National Heritage Area (SdCNHA) invites the community to celebrate 15 years of preserving, promoting, and protecting the rich heritage of the San Luis Valley at “Our Roots Run Deep: 15 Years of Heritage.”
The celebration will take place Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at the Adams State University Banquet Room in Alamosa.
The evening will celebrate the people, places, traditions, and stories that make the region special. For 15 years, SdCNHA has worked alongside communities and partners throughout Alamosa, Conejos, and Costilla Counties to preserve history, celebrate local cultures, and connect people to the places they call home.
Guests will enjoy an evening featuring:
- A meal and fellowship
- Historical vignettes
- Live Mariachi Music from Mariachi San Luis
- A silent auction
- A look back at 15 years of SdCNHA accomplishments
- A look ahead to the Heritage Area’s next chapter
Tickets are $35 per person or $60 for a couple, and everyone is welcome.
